Joe Taylor – Co-Founder & Lead Painter
Joe is the on-site lead at Urban Strokes, bringing a background in home and building maintenance to every project. He’s spent 15 years working inside Seattle apartments and homes, which means he understands how to work quietly in occupied spaces, protect finishes, and keep residents’ lives moving while the work gets done.

At Urban Strokes, Joe focuses on scheduling, prep, and quality control — making sure walls are properly repaired, lines are clean, and spaces are truly ready to show when he hands back the keys. Clients value his calm communication, respect for people’s homes, and commitment to leaving each job better than he found it.

Aundrealyn Taylor – Co-Founder & Project Lead
Aundrealyn leads project planning and communication at Urban Strokes. She coordinates walkthroughs, schedules, and updates so owners, property managers, and homeowners always know what to expect and when rooms will be ready to use again.

On each project, Aundrealyn focuses on clear expectations, smooth day-to-day progress, and a calm final walk-through with no surprises. Clients appreciate her eye for finishes, her straightforward communication, and the way she keeps projects organized from first estimate to last touch-up.
